Kulon Progo, June 14, 2025− The Community Service Team of the Educational Management Study Program carried out Training and Assistance for Elementary School Library Management in Kapanewon Nanggulan and Girimulyo, Kulon Progo Regency. The activity, which was centered at SDN 1 Nanggulan, was attended by 35 participants, ranging from supervisors, principals, teachers, and librarians. This event activity was led by Dr. Slamet Lestari, M.Pd., with members: Dr. Udik Budi Wibowo, M.Pd., Dr. Wiwik Wijayanti, M.Pd., Dr. Rahmania Utari, M.Pd., and assisted by several students.

The training materials include the Development of the Reading Corner (Dr. Rahmania Utari, M.Pd.), preparation for Library Accreditation (Perdaning Widyanti, M.I.Kom.), and Digital Library Management (Husain Asepsa Cholis, S.Kom.). This activity aims to strengthen the capacity of elementary schools in library management towards elementary school library accreditation. The implementation of the event is a tangible manifestation of the university's commitment to implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the field of community service and improving the quality of basic education.
